PORTAL

Portal is the inaugural sculpture in the Phoenix Series - a body of work defined by transformation, combustion, and the permanence that follows. Sculpted in steel and completed as a 24” maquette, it captures architecture, movement, and memory fold into a single continuous gesture.

After the form was shaped, welded, and refined, its surface was sealed in Speed Blue automotive enamel - a finish that sharpens the edges, amplifies the curves, and gives the piece a precise, modern clarity. True to the Phoenix Series, the original template was destroyed in flame, ensuring Portal remains a singular work with no possibility of replication.

Compact in scale yet monumental in presence, Portal is built to stand as the one and only iteration of its form.
